Steps: 

1. Go to Social Wars - PLAY SOCIAL WARS
2. Open Cheat Engine (CE)
3. Click mini cpu icon at the top left of cheat engine or the small box under file tab
4. Select -plugin_container.exe(firefox) or chrome.exe(google chrome) under rundll32.exe
5. Download the codes from the links above
6. Value type ‘array of byte’
7. First Scan the 1st code
8. Double click and change the value to 2ND code
9. NEW scan the 3rd code
10. Double click and change the value to the 4Th code
11. Go to Build > Decorations and mass build the "General Structure" for 10 cash each. (Click here for cash hack)
12. Once you have build all the General structure,
13. Reload Social Wars
14. Enjoy your thousands of population.
